This article will advise on what needs to be done to allow a user to login to the Back office of Auction Marketer
- To set up a new user with 2FA you will first need to make sure that a user has an account with the correct details set up
- Once this has been set up you will need to install the Google authenticator app on your mobile phone
- Once this has been done you will then need to raise a ticket with Auction Marketer which can be done here
- If you could advise of the best time and number to call and a support member will call you back to get this set up for you
- When support call they will ask you for a 6 digit code which will appear under the Google authenticator, this code will refresh every minute so please make sure this is given to support in plenty of time
- Once support have entered the code you will then be able to login to the back office with your email, password and the 6 digit code provided on the Google authenticator
